For years, my focus was on raising our two children, supporting them through school, and preparing them for the next stages of life. And now, here I am—watching them step into adulthood, feeling incredibly proud but also deeply reflective. This phase of life is a shift, not just for them, but for me as well.

As a parent, I’ve felt the weight of those unspoken questions: Have I prepared them enough? Did I teach them what really matters? Where does this leave me now?

Through my own journey, I realized that I wasn’t alone—so many parents feel this same mix of pride, uncertainty, and even a sense of 'What now'? That’s when it became clear: I wanted to help others navigate this transition with clarity and confidence.

Why Coaching?

Before stepping into coaching, I spent years as a Finance Manager—working in a structured, numbers-driven world that I enjoyed, but never truly felt at home in. The part of my job that always lit me up? Helping people find clarity, direction, and confidence in their next steps.

I’ve always been the person that people turn to when they feel uncertain or overwhelmed—the steady hand that helps bring perspective. Over time, I realised that supporting others wasn’t just something I was naturally drawn to; it was something I was meant to do.

So, I made the leap. I trained in coaching, deepened my understanding of personal growth, and created Clear Vision Coaching to help parents step into this next chapter of life—not feeling lost, but feeling empowered, confident, and ready for what’s next.
